What personal info I collect
When signing up to the mailing list, you will be asked to enter your name and email address so that I can add you to the list.
If you contact me via the contact form, I will receive your name, email address and message in order for me to respond to your enquiry.
If you book a Free Discovery Call, I will receive your name, email address, phone number and answers to any questions there are on the onboarding form, in order for me to facilitate the meeting.
If you book a Coaching Session or Plan, I will receive your name, email address, phone number and answers to any questions there are on the onboarding form, in order for me to facilitate the coaching sessions.
When do I collect information?
I collect information from you when you:
- Subscribe to the mailing list / newsletter (your details are collected by, and stored in, the MailerLite newsletter platform)
- Contact me via the contact form
- Book a Free Discovery Call (your details are collected by, and stored in, the Paperbell scheduling platform)
- Purchase a Coaching Session or Plan (your details are collected by, and stored in, the Paperbell scheduling platform)
How do I use your information?
I may use the information collected from you in the following ways:
- To respond to your query, question or comment
- To facilitate coaching sessions
- To send you newsletters via MailerLite, providing information and updates on my services and products
- To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products
How do I protect your information?
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
All credit card transactions are processed through a gateway provider (e.g. Stripe or PayPal) and are not stored or processed on my servers. If you make payment for a Coaching Session or Plan, payment is facilitated via the Paperbell scheduling platform, using their secure payment gateway.
Comments
If visitors leave comments on the site, I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on this site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites

I do not share your personal details with anyone.
How long I retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that sign up to our mailing list, I also store the personal information they provide so that I can send regular newsletters. They will be retained on the mailing list indefinitely unless they choose to unsubscribe.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that I erase any personal data held about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
